Senator Salo moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate                 
rescind its previous action in returning HOUSE BILL NO. 160(title              
am) "An Act relating to the time for filing certain civil actions based        
on a defect in an improvement to real property; and providing for              
an effective date" to the Rules Committee and that the rescinding              
motion be held to the May 10 calendar.  Senator Taylor objected,               
then withdrew his objection.  There being no further objections, it            
was so ordered.
